About E.A.A.E.S.
OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE:
- 1. To promote, in all their aspects, the professions of Architecture, Engineering and Surveying, and such other disciplines in the built-environment in Eswatini.
- 2. To seek the advancement of good management of the professions, and maintenance of the highest professional and ethical standards.
- 3. To provide an intellectual, professional and social forum for members to discuss the practice of the professions and the welfare of the Association’s members.
- 4. To provide an organised professional viewpoint on all matters affecting the professions within Eswatini.
- 5. To establish and administer a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme, in collaboration with AESAP.
- 6. To establish a code of conduct with whom all members shall comply.
- 7. To provide guidance in the various disciplines in respect of suitable studies available to guide students during their academic pursuits.
- 8. To establish and maintain a register of members in the various professional services disciplines in the built-environment.
THE COMMITTEE STRUCTURE
The Association is led by an 8-member Committee that comprises:
- 1· The Chairperson
- 2· The Vice Chairperson
- 3· Secretary General
- 4· Treasurer
- 5· Four Members
The Committee is made of members in good standing in the various disciplines. There is at least one Architect, one Engineer, one Quantity Surveyor and one Allied Professional.
